Mr. Kinney nnd Gurule ran on the same ticket with Domenici last year.Elected earlier this month on the same ticket with Barnhart was Word Payne. Both these commissioners officially acted on city business last night for the first time.For many years prior to April 1966, the commission organization consisted of a chairman, vice chairman and a finance chairman.However, just prior to t h e regular commission meeting last uight it was decided to have only a chairman and a vice chairman.Was Expected Naming Mr. Domenici chairman was expected.
