He says some sections have not been cleaned and repairs are needed The mayor is also concerned about the Indiana Harbor Belt railroad crossing at 140th and Western. Complaints have been received that tracks are loose and he has personally inspected the situtation to see if either village water lines or sewerscould be broken.
