Gantte Phot*NEW LEGISLATOR is John H. Blue, 48, a variety store operator at Rornney who was sworn in yesterday as a member of the House of Delegates from Hampshire County. Blue, a Democrat who has not been active previously in politics but who plans to seek election to the House next year, was appointed to fill a vacancy caused when W. L. Thompson resigned to become assistant state treasurer. A former teacher, Blue is a graduate of Presbyterian College of South Carolina, is married and has three children.
