Iranian House Votes Him Six-Month Rule TEHRAN —(UP)— Parliament gave Premier Mohammed Mossa degh permission Sunday to make himself dictator of Iran. The Majlis or lower house over whelmingly voted him full powers over the nation’s economic and military affairs for the next six months. More Power The aged premier’s powers have been increasing from day to day since his brief retirement from the government last month. Now, under the new measure, he can do what he pleases, with out even checking his decisions with Parliament.
