Death urns due to a shotgun last.According to Coroner Charles D.eElravy, Ridout was probably p-g hunting and while going through wire fence in the farm yard his n, a .SO gauge shotgun, accidently discharged, the slugs striking im in the head.Claude Ridout was bom October 14, 1883, in Minnesota, but moved to the Weyerhauser area in 1890. Re worked for many years for the Sob line railroad and was retired on a pension in 1943.He is survived by his wife, Bertha, four daughters and three sons, Cy Ridout. Chester (Ridout, Eoris Working and Margie Miller, all of Weyer-hawser; (Minnie Jacobsen, Bruce; Leon Ridout and Esther Martin, Minneapolis. He is aiso survived by ly grandchildren and one great-grand-'child, and two sisters, Mrs. Cecil Ed-, wards of Ball, Cal., and Mrs. Lucie Porter, en route to California.Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Friday, Sept 30, at the Methodist church in Weyerhanser with Rev. Alleson officiating.
