A letter has been reacived by Mies T.’. Gerieroux from Eric Smith, formerly of the Pres Office stall, written in the trenches. Eric states that he is well and although there is not a great deal of actual fight ing at the time of writing, there is lots of hard work to be done. He states that the trenches were some what muddy but were not too bad considering conditions and that he had put in a splendid summer. He wishes to be remembered to all Wilkie people whom he knew here and said he would like to receive word from those who care to write Ohio. Hienddros iar Private Fr. .
