eon-NOTICE OP MEETING OP TOAVX-SHII’ BOARD.Notice is hereby given that there will be a meeting of the Township! Board o£ the township of AYeesnuJ Berrien county, Mich., on the tUh day of October. 19(b), at 2 o’clock 1. m. at the office of the township clerk in the village of New Troy. Said Meeting being called to act upon, ho application for the locating and establishing of a certain drain in the township of AVeesaw, county of Berrien, state of Michigan and described as follows, to-wil:Commencing on section line between sections eight (S) and seventeen (IT). Thence running up stream southeasterly through L. A. Addison, John Elias, Clias. Elias, Annie Klines and along the side of Gotilp Stock’s ten acres in section sixteen and through John L .idiom's and Smith Ludlum's lands to the west line of S. E. Plcti.her's farm in section sixteen. All of the above lands are in sections sixteen and seventeen in AVeesaw township, Berrien county, Mich. Said application iorj above drain is made by the follow-! ing freehulcleis, who are owners of: lands that proposed diain traverses:. S. E. Pletcher, John Lndlum, Smith Lndliim. Gotlip Stock. L A.
