NOTICE OP MEETIXCJ OP TOWX-SHir ROA111).Notice is hereby given tliat there will be a meeting of the Township! Board o£ the township of WeesawJ Berrien county, Mich., on the ftlh day ot October, 13Oft, at 2 o’clock 1. m, at the office of the township clerk in the village of New Troy. Saiil meeting being tailed to act upon an application for the locating and establishing of a certain drain in. the township of Weesaw, county of Berrien, state of Michigan and described as follows, to-vvit:Commencing on section line between sections eight (S) and seventeen (17). Thence running up stream southeasterly through L. A. Addison, John Elias, Chas. Elias, Annie Klines and along the side of Gotiip Stock's ten acres in section sixteen and through John kadi urn's and Smith Luctlum's lands to the west line of S. E. Plcti.her's farm in section sixteen. All of the above lands are in sections sixteen and seventeen in Wee saw to wash ip, Berrien county, Mich. Said application lor above drain is made by the following freeholders, who are owners of lands that proposed diain traverses: S. E. Plctcher, John Lndlum, Smith Liullum. Gotiip Stock, L A.
