COTTON GROWERS.Met in Convention on Monday in the City of St. Louis.DELEGATES FROM THIS STATE.The Meeting Is an Important One, and It is Hoped That All tho Delegates Named Attended.Governor Heyward, In response to a request from Harvle Jordan, president of tho Farmers’ National Congress, which convened simultaneously with the Southern Cotton Growers Convention in St. Louis ou Monday, named a complete list of delegates to these two gatherings from this State.
