Word has just been received of his capture at Gulfport.In Lee county near viuntown a ne-gruss named Bryson was killed bv her former husband who made au attack upon the woman's newlv adopted lover and wound up by killing the woman. He claims, however, that Pink I)owd. the lover, iired the fatal shot.At Wallace’s store, in Tate county. Grant Rice was shot and killed Saturday afternoon by Larkin Johnson. The latter claims that the killing was in self-defence, and that Rice was drawing his pistol when he drew his own weapon and fired.
