The Foreman of the 0/ar.rl Jury of said county ofGJyna certifies to me that no evidence sufficient to warrant the Treat of an7 partjp has coma to the knowledge of sxhl body, and that it ia their desire as well as the lesire of ell good citizen* of Glynn county to bring the murderer to Justice: and Whksras, The said Foreman of said Grand Jury, in accordance with a re»- lution of that b »dy, surge*ts the offering of a suitable reward as a means of insuring the arrest of tb e assassin or assassin* of the said Dr. !I. II.
