Funeral services were held Monday from the Tegeler Funeral Home, Damascus for Russell G. Scott, 47, of Abrahams-ville who died Friday at his home. The Rev. William Ditty, pastor of Damascus Baptist Church, officiated. Interment was in Canaan Corners Cemetery, Waymart.a farmer residing in Abrahamsville the past 14 years, was a son of Burton Scott of Honesdale and the late Vesta Hartman Scott. He was bom at Milanville April 22, 1913.Survivors, in addition to his father, include his wife, the former F.leanor Kirk; two daughters, Mrs. Gerald Bush of Abra-hamsvilJc and Linda, at home; three sons, Russell and Donald at home and Niles of Cochecton, N.Y.; four sisters, Mrs. Richard Schaffer of Unadilla, N.Y., Mrs. Andrew Slish of Beachlake, Mrs. Robert Ostrander of Washington, D.C., and Mrs. Robert Jenks of Castle Creek, N.Y.; two brothers, Chester of Seelyville and William stationed in Scotland with the U.S. Air Force, and one grandson.
