Cokmissi^ks.—Governor Randall Las commissioned Captain George E. Bryant, late of the Madison Guards, First Wisconsin Regiment, as Colonel , of the Twelfth Regiment. Col. Bryant received a military education at Cftpt. Partridge’s school, Vermont, and sub scquently studied law.D. C. Poole, late Adjutant of the First Was* consin Regiment, is appointed Lieut. Colonel of the Twelfth Regiment.Sergeant Ezra T. Spraguojof Company K., of the First Regiment, has jbeen appointed Adjutant of the Eight Regiment.Kiler K. Jones is commissioned as Lieut. Colonel, with authority to^aiso a Scandinavian Regiment of volunteers for the war. 'Several Norwegian citizens are commiseifmril to raise companies for this regiment.
