Farmer says that once upon a time his father, Mr. Chris Farmer, took a big load of wheat down to Worley's Mill, on tr.e Piney, only to find on arrival that the mill had broken down, and he couldn't get his wheat ground.Consequently he had to haul the heavily-loaded wagon up out of the gorge and take it over Mr. John B. Spangler's mill, near Cirtsville.Incidently, C. C.
