He was released upon giving $750 bail.—Miss Mattie Chrisman, daughter of Judge John Chrisman, of Clay county, and niece of Hon. Wm. Chrisman, ot this city, died of consumption at her home in Liberty, on the 19th inst., ag*d sixteen years. Her loss is deeply felt by her many friends in this city.
