Judge Chamberlain in the inferior criminal court Wednesday discharged Jim Day, Buddie Lartigue, Louis Lartigue and Ollie Lartigue, charged with unlawfully destroying a fence. The case against Robert Lartigue was continued until Monday. This case has been on the docket of the court for two weeks and Wednesday oc cupied several hours’ time. Silas Brunson, the complainant in the case, charged the defendants with cutting down a fence on big property located on Cedar Point road near Thomas' store precinct.
