Auctioneer Harvey R. Lease recently sold at public sale in front of the court house door, this city, for Messrs. Edward J. and Samuel E. Winebrenner, trustees, the estate of the late Mrs. Winebrenner, deceased. There were five parcels sold, the aggregate sum realized being $14, 584. The following property was sold: Parcel No. 1—House and lot at No. 417 South Market street, being a brick house on a 15-foot lot with the right of way to an alleyway, to George D. Martz, for $1,775. No. 2—Two-story brick house on 15- foot lot at No. 415 South Market street, to George Crum, for $1,650. No. 3—Three-story brick house at No. got South Market street, containing 11 rooms and all modern improvements, to Thomas Sponseller for $3,350. No. 4—Property at the southeast corner of Market and South streets, con sisting of a dwelling and store room, to W. O Michael, $5,625. No. 5—Two-story brick dwelling at No. 202 South Market street, containing seven rooms, to Harvey Zimmerman, for $1,965. ae E. Y.
