Purchase Frontage For Fountain-LunchReal estate transactions this week in Columbia Falls included purchase of a 30-foot front on the town’s Main street between the Park Drug and Park Theatre by Ervin Kiser, Great Falls.Kiser intends to start construction of a concrete block recreation building next month. It will contain a fountain, lunch counter, sporting goods, and no liquor.Owners of the land sold were A. E. Massman and Walt Thompson, who retained a 20-foot frontage for construction of a new lobby for the Park theatre. Chet Sey-mer handled the transaction.Another transaction handled by Seymer was sale of the Kenneth Knapton house in Little Bemidji to C. E. Willey, Eureka.Mrs. Lillian Giroux sold two lots directly west of the Hungry Horse News on highway No. 40 to Herbert Sevier of Kalispell. Sevier told Mrs. Giroux that he intends building a modern drive-in lunch. Price for the lots was the same as set for the past three years.
