buio icmi,Frank Cary plead guilty to the charge of simple assault last week at Mt. Idaho and was sentenced to serve 20 days in the county jail. A petition was circulated here Saturday and pretty generally signed asking that the sentence be suspended and that a flue be imposed instead* We understand Judge Steele refused to look at the petition.
