CIRCUIT COURT ROCK COUNTY Thankful Bemi* against Janies Be ml*.The State of Wisconsin to James Bcrni* :\rOt are hereby summoned ami required to answer I the complaint in this action, which was tiled in the office of the clerk of the circuit court for Rock county, at the city of Janesville, in said county, on the eighteenth day of September, I $57, a copy of which is herewith served on ou, and to serve a copy of your answer to the said complaint on the subscribers, at their office in said city of Janesville, within twenty days after the service of this summons on you exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the said complaint w ithin the time aforesaid, the plaintiff in this action will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the covmdaint.—Bated Janesville.September Is, 1857.
