—UPI Photo Su Ho Chen, 26, one of five survivors of a National ist Chinese fishing boat found stranded on a reef off the southern Brazilian coast, recuperates in a Curitiba, Brazil, hospital. Brazilian authorities are studying conflicting reports on the mystery deaths of 22 crewmen aboard the 330-ton Sin Hai I. One survivor said violence plagued the boat, while an other version said a break in the boat’s gas refrig eration system had killed some crewmen and others threw themselves overboard in panic.
