Lankford, State Bank .Commissioner for the stateof Oklahoma, and against Ellen Fox, formerly Ellen Sanders, commanding me to levy upon the property belonging to said ^Eilen Fox, sufficient to-satisfy said judgment, being for the sum of $1050. together with' interestat the rate of 10 per cept per. annum from the date of jts. rendition, Oct., 7th, 1917, costs and accruing'costs.I have levied upon the one fourth (J) undivided, interest of the said Ellen Fox in and to, and upon certain^ lands and tenements, in Adair county, inherited from her father.
