Miller and the Miller Photo Company, having purchasedgame from C. R. Miller on the 27th day of February, 1917.All parties are therefore warned not to reproduce any of said pictures (particularly in the form of post cards) nor to sell, or offer them for sale, if made by any other person or firm than Underwood's Pharmacy. No restrictions are claimed as to the right to make enlargements from said negatives, nor as to sale of tame, nor is any ownership • claimed in what are known as 14 pa no-ram” picturesAnyone making copies of said negatives without license to do so will be held to strict accountability for penalties and damages.C.
