ALQUINAQuite a number of our young' folks attended a party at Albert Osborne’s, given in honor of his son, Wilbur’s birthday. All report a very enjoyable time.Joe Widdows, wife and mother, spent Sunday with Call Widdows ! and wife.Miss Angie Nickels, of Liberty,spent several days last week visitingher brother, A. R. Nickels and family.Miss Scadlock, who has been nursing in the Gettinger family, has retired from her duties and is spending several days with her friends, the Misses Angie and Eva Burk.VL. A. S. will meet with Mrs. Belle Remy next Thursday afternoon.Frank Retherford and wife spent Sunday with the former’s brother,Lee Retherford and family of near Fairfield.Miss Nora Mason is spending several days with her sister, MisS Ivy, who is still nursing in the Gettinger family. Your correspondent called there Friday afternoon and found all the patients sitting up, which will be good news to their many friends.CJohn M.
