Mrs. Ifatlibun Suicides.Buffalo, Sept. 23.—Mrs. Charles Rath-bun of this city wlio, according to the dispatches received here, had committed suicide by drowning herself in Lake Michigan at Chicago, where she was visiting friends, having disappeared suddenly and unexpectedly turned up at Niagara Falls on the Canadian side of the river yesterday where she committed suicide by plunging into the river near Cedar island in the shallow water above the falls. The body was recovered. Airs.
