It seems.there are two persons with the same name, IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN’ AND FOR ADAIR COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN. THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF RAYBORN COLLINS, DECEASED . ORDER FOR HEARING PETITION FOR SALE OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY No. P-71-41 't appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the verified Petition of Oslo Price, Administratrix of the Estate of Ray born Collins, on file herein, that it is necessary to sell the real and personal property belonging ‘to said estate, and describe in said Petition, for the following reasons and purposes: There are Insufficient funds in the estate to pay outstanding debts and expenses of administration. Therefore, It is ordered by the Court that all persons interested in the estate of said Rayborn Collins appear before the District Court of the County of Adair, State of Oklahoma in the City of Stilwell, in said county and state on October 4, 1971, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, then and there to show cause, if any’ they have, why an order, as prayed for in the Page 10— Stilwell (Okla.)
