THE STATE OF TEXAS TO: D. Troy Colley, Jr., Snyder, Scurry County, Texas GREETING: You are commanded to appear by filing written answer to the plaintiff's petition at or before 10 o'clock A. M. of the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this Citation, the same being Monday the 3st day of Octob er, A.D., 1955, at or before 10 o'clock A.M., before the Honorable District Court of Scurry County, at the Court House in Sny der, Texas. Said plaintiff's petition was filed on the 16th day of August, 1955, at. file number of said suit being No. 48. The names of the parties in said suit are: FAYNELL SPEARS COLLEY as Plaintiff, and D. TROY COLLEY, JR. as Defendent. The nature of said suit being substantially as follows, to wit: Suite for Divorce. If this Citation is not served within 90 days after the date of ihs issuance, it shall be returned unserved. Issued this the 13th day of September A. D., 1955.
