Notice is hereby given that the un dersigned trustee of James William Hayworth, bankrupt, will, by order of the United States District court, sell at private sale at the J. W. Hayworth grocery store, at 323 West Hendricks street, in the city of Shelbyville, In diana, commencing at ten o'clock a. WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 4, 1916, and continuing until October 9, 1916, the entire stock of groceries, mer chandise and fixtures, belonging to said bankrupt. Terms, cash. ARTHUR L. McLANE, Trustee.
