Brown and His Belongings/W. Brown has bouie furniture at Fruit-land. He had it stored oil premises not belonging: to him, but to J. J. and li. J. Montgomery. The brothers requested him to remove bib belongings, and ub time passed and he did not do bo, they moved it thoiubelvcb, ab tiiey were desirous of occupying the premibOb. Then Mr. W. Brown wondered if there wab any law in the country, anyway, and brought action oguiiibt the brothers for malicious destruction of hib furniture. The truth* was laid before Justice Jones this morning, and he discharged the Montgomery boyB. Mr. W. Brown is now sure there is no law in tide country, anyhow.
