In celebration of her 15th an niversary as pastor of Church of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Benton Harbor, the Rev. Wrennie L. Bennett will be honored beginning tonight at the church. Tonight’s event, sponsored by the church choirs, will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the church. Par ticipants will include the Rev. Delores Stox, pastor of Univer sal Truth for Life, Benton Har bor, and the Rev. Sam Rivers, pastor of the Revival Center, Benton Harbor. The church usher board and Nurse's Guild will sponsor the Thursday, Sept. 23, event, also beginning at 7:30 p.m. Included in the program will be the Rev. Channie Williams, pastor of United Grace Spiritual church, Benton Harbor; the Rev. W.E. Vaughn Benton Harbor, of Ebenezer Spiritual church, and the Rev. L.R. Thomas, Mt. Herman Baptist church, Benton Harbor. Those participating Friday, Sept. 24, at 7:30 p.m. include the Rev. Thomas Cloud, Spiritual Church of Christ, South Haven; the Rev. W.M. McGee, Second Baptist church, South Haven; the Rev. C.L. Woodson, Pleasant Grove Baptist church, Benton Harbor, and the Rev. Jean Dade, Temple Spiritual Truth, Chicago, Ill. Meditation Gospel Singers will sponsor a musical program Saturday, Sept. 25, at 7:30 p.m. at the church. Groups par ticipating in this event will include Sensational Six Singers, Michigan Soul Revivers, Benton Harbor All Stars, Gospel Medi tation Singers, Joylight Gospel Singers, Gospel King Brothers, Vocal Aires Gospel Singers and Sounds Unlimited Ensemble. Sunday, Sept. 26, at 3 p.m. an “Anniversary Close Out ceremony will be sponsored by the minister’s staff and the Pastor's Aide auxiliary at the church. Others who will participate in the anniversary activities include the Rev. and Mrs. William Caldwell of Benton Harbor and the Rev. R.D. Richardson, pastor of Greater Harvest Baptist church, Benton Harbor.
