Ark HT1 -The leader of an anti-Commu rust religious cult, arrested in a bixarre case that includedthe discovery of the body of asix year old boy on a deserted farm, was to be arraigned today for bail jumpingJohn Robert (Johnny Bob* Harrell. 47, who was said to have gotten rich selling prefabricated mausoleums and who once held off an array of FBI men and police to protect a Marine deserter, was arrested on the farm near Stansberry, Ark., Saturday.He had been sought since last November for jumping bail on charges of harboring the de serter three years ago.Harrell, of Louisville, 111was living on the remote faro of Mrs. Dorothy Payne, 14, and Mrs. Flora Alice Rowan, 57, both foUowers of his cult.
