McGowan. This is the amount neces sary for cost of paving above the 27-feet required by the city from the developer of McGowan's Twelfth addition, in which McGowan's boule vard is located. The boule vard is 36 feet wide. The city is paying for approximately 480 feet. The clerk was also direct ed to issue a check for $3,000 to the Howard R. Green En gineering Co., from money in the sewer rental fund. This amount is due for en gineering in connection with Marion’ s proposed sewer ex tension.
