Administrator’s Sale of Personal Property As administrator of the estate of Claude Shoaf, deceased, I will sell at public sale at his late residence, 2 miles north and 1 mile west of Waveland, and 34 miles west of Browns Valley, the following personal property, on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 1922, beginning at 10:30 A. M. FOUR HORSES—Five year old horse, broke. Nine year old horse, a good worker. Smooth mouth horse. Blind horse. HOGS—3 shoats, weight 125 lbs., double immune. HAY and @RAIN—10 a. good corn in field. 200 bu. oats. 75 bales of good oats,straw. IMPLEMENTS—John Deere cultivator, Johanson 7-foot binder in good repair, 14-inch Oliver sulky plow, roller, sulky hay rake, disc wheat drill, Deering mower almost new, Turnbull wagon with spring seat and extra side boards, Studebaker wagon running gears, 3 section spike-tooth har row, Blackhawk corn planter, bay frame, set dump-boards, Bell Center disc barrow. HARNESS—% sets leather tug harness. 1 dozen dollars. Pair horse covers. TOOLS—Carpenter tool kit. Post-hole outfit. Shovels, forks, etc. TANKS—3bbl. tank. 6-ft. horse tank. FORD TRUCK—Will sell if not sold before sale date. STOVES—Florence stove, No. $3, in good condition. Good Jewel- Clark oil stove. BUTCHERING OUTFIT—27 kettles, 40 gallons and 30 gallons. 2 ket tle racks. Lard press. Sausage mill. MISCELLANEOUS— Pipe and fittings, 2 steel oil barrels, three 5-gal lon cans, 2 wooden barrels, bag-box, wagvon-jacks, plain bags, etc. TERMS—Sums under $10 cash.
