Itf(iirn«*4l to Prlwon.Michigan City, Ind., Sept. 18.—Itev. W. E. Hinsliaw, the wife murderer from Danville, has been returned to prison. He was in Danville for the purpose of testifying- before the grand jury about the circumstances of the killing of Mrs. Hinshaw. Noah llaney, who made an alleged confession as to his knowledge and participation in the crime, was not substantiated when the test was made before the grand jury, lie admitted having told lies all the time in order to curry favor from the prison officials. The hopes of Mr. IHnhaw and his attorneys have been dashed to pieces.
