Poitrag, the murderer of Quelet, was executed at Murray Bay on Monday. Up to the last mo-ment he persisted in his innocence, and refused the consolations of religion, hut when brought to face the reality of his terrible position on the scaffold he repented his sios and confessed his guKt.
