Take be with the old line N 45 E 423 miles crossing the] M'Co Creek at 238 poles to the beginning; and which said tracts of 163 acres, and 40 acres were sold to the said ICdward Adams on the 28th day of December 1835, for the sum of $6 08 8, being the taxes, interest and penalties for the year 1834 j and the simple iax for 1835 on the tract above r described by metes and bounds, charged for tax-P1 ation in the name of Janetta Gordon at the lit j time of said Sale.
