Leslie Jr., president of the Federal Land Bank Association of Bryan, has announced the Oct. 1 opening of a new branch office located on North Ottokee Street, Wauseon, in front of the Wauseon Racquet Club.The new office will be responsible for processing and servicing current and future long-term agricultural loans for the Fulton County area and will serve approximately 350 Land Bank membersthroughout the county.The Bryan Central Office and the Wauseon branch office are served by the Louisville District Bank, which, in addition to Ohio, covers the states of Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee.Randy Rice has been appointed branch manager for the new location. Rice has been with the Land Bank since June of 1980. Prior to joining the Bryan Association, he was assistant vice-president for BancOhio National Bank, Delta. He is single and resides in Delta.
