WOMAN CHARGED WITH ARSON SYDNEY, September 21. A women dressed in her son's Clothey was arrested and charged with arson, following o an outbreak of fire in a poum on the fit floor of a hours in Princess Street, Miller's Point. @ Last night 6 juisserby noticed amoke jenuing from a window, one informed the police. Soon afterwards an engine from the Circular Quay Fire Station was despatched, and on ar rival the firemen found that the door leading to the room was barricaded. After forcing an entry they ab dued the fumes of several separate outbreake in the room. A constable discovered the occupant of the room on the balcony, where IL was alleged ahe was igniting a stack of clothing. ‘The woman was dressed in man's clothes. In this attire abe was taken 40 the pollen station on a charge of having set fre to the room. Constables resigned to the cave state that the arrested woman will be medic ally examined if held.
