STATE FAJR.- ii The heavy rain showers of Wednesday, and the 4»rli misty rain-threfttning morning of Thursday, so saddened and Borrowfied the foce of the earth as tomake thefirat gljnjpee of Topeka *!►pear a little gloomy.
