Lorna Kills 27 on Honshu*%negligible and no AmericanTOKYO (SS)—Eastern Honshu Monday was digging- out from under the debris and damage left in the wake of typhoon Lorna which swept across the island over the weekend.Kyodo News Service listed 27 dead, 44 injured and 8 missing in this second typhoon to hit Japan within a week. U.S. military authorities reported damage to installations waspersonnel were injured.Lorna hit Yokohama Saturday night, then blew out into the Pacific, weakening into a tropical storm. Tokyo Weather Central said the storm was approaching the Aleutian Island chain moving at 35 miles an hour. It was still carrying strong winds, but was downgraded to a “low pressure area/'
