©. G. Henderson to Be in New Resi dence About December 1. The new home of C. G. Henderson of the Henderson Grocery Company, which is being constructed at No. 612 Sergeant avenue, will be ready for oc cupancy by December 1. When com pleted, the building will cost approxi mately $20,000. Mr. Henderson was forced to sell his home at No. 813 Pearl street when the block in which it is located was se lected by the board of education as a site for the new high school,. He pur chased the lot on Sergeant avenue and at once made plans for a new home, a lot is 126 feet square. building will be of buff brick, coteries high, and will contain a basement and ten rooms. It will face east and sit forty-five feet from the sidewalk. The entire front of the house will comprise a large living room, 36 by 18 feet. A large porch will cross the south side and on the north a drive way will enter a porte cochere. The roof will be of gray slate. A hot water heating system will be installed with all modern conveniences. A feature of the interior finish will be an indirect lighting system, such as is in use in the most modern buildings.
