decide to locate upon it... - George Barker closed a deal this week wherein he comes into poslession of the Manhattan hotel property on West Okobojl, heretofore owned by J. G. Myerly of Dsb Moines. The deal wua made on the basis of *15,000. Mr, Harker gives in trade something over eleven hundred acres of Kossuth and Olay county laud, taking in return the hotel aud five cottages together with the other buildings on the four acres of land belonging thereto. If Mr. Harker does not dispose of the hotel before another season opens he will conduct the business himself.
