Emerson Eager, the proprietor of the new Star restaurant on Dakota avenue, opened his eating house to the public the first of last week. Everything is arranged as neatly as an old restaurant man of Mr. Eager’s caliber knows how to arrange it, and the food is cooked and served in the most approved andboasts of many restaurants, she can well afford another with the immense amount of business along this line. Not only does the town trade demand more such places, but the great crowds of land seekers, excursionists, state fair visitors, etc., must also be fed. Mr.Eager reports an excellent business lt;Jur-ing fair week.
