The grand jury adjourned yesterday at noon, having found seven indictments, as follows ; Two against Nicholas McKee—one for keeping a disorderly house west of Bradford, and one for giving liquor to a girl under age. An indictment was also found against McKee’s wife for giving the girl liquor. Jeremiah Ault and Sherman Miller of West Jersey, were indicted for attempted rape upon the person of Mrs. Mary Jones. Two indictments were returned against Martin Tierce, the tramp who was arrested some weeks ago for ransacking several houses in Penn township. One of the charges against Pierce is for burglary and larceny and one is for petty larceny.
