Crofoot, is the widow of said deceased, that the said Earl S. Crofoot is a son, and the said George X. Crofoot a brother of said deceased, and praying i that administration of said estate bo granted unto Charles M. Baker, of the town of Geneva, in said county : It is ordered that said petition be heard before the Judge of this court on Monday the seventeenth day of September next, at ten o’clock A.
