(Continued from Page 1)by typhoons in the past week to 94. Earlier in the week typhoon June swept across Kyushu killing 81 as it caused countless damage to homes, farms and communications. Sixteen small boats were sunk and 83 damaged, according to Japanese National Police, and roads, bridges and railroads were washed out by heavy rains and floods in the wake of the typhoon. U.S. military authorities reported no damage to American bases or personnel.
