A. J. SC RIVEN INNOCENTA report was brought to lleymer la t week that A. .1 Seriven had neen arrested in Sterling with two other men on a charge of theft, boot-legging. The Sterling paper of yesterday says that the other two men are on their way to the penitentiary, but Seriven was discharged. The other men testified that they had simply hired Seriven to haul them land that he knew nothing of the character of the business in which they were engaged.
