An apiary owned by Lechler was destroyed.The ranger of the Donlon ranch was burned over. The cattle were taken safely away from the fire.The Ramona Oil company's property on the Holster ranch is completely surrounded by fire.At 4 o’clock this afternoon the fire was burning along Piru creek.The smoke of the newr fire that broke out in the Malibu range could be seen from Oxnard over the mountains near the coast.(By United Press.)SAXTA MONICA, Sept. 1.—Fire started again in the Malibu range this morning, twenty-five miles north of here, spreading to the coast. The fire is half a mile wide, and several ranch houses in th« path of theflames are endangered.SAX DIEGO, Sept. IT.—The Ramona section is fire swept, and theflames are advancing rapidly. Many are fleeing from ranches, and there is apparently no way to stop thespread of flames.(By United Press.)SAX BERNARDINO, Sept. 1 -Fire started in the Cajon pass today while the rangers were fighting tire elsewhere.
