Milter SmrSliooUnc.DES MOINES, la., Sept. 17.—Mr. James Miller, state mine Inspector, returned Friday from Buffalo. He stood within a few feet of the president at the time of tue shooting. He did not see the assassin Are the shots, but saw him afterwards when he was hurried away. He saw' the president carried out of the musie hall. Mr. Miller makes the third Des Moines person who* saw the assassination. Mr. T. M Langan and Miss Tlliie Duggan witnessed the tragedy also.
