There were several motions filed, but the balance of the day was given over to the Hensley murder case. Jury acquitted in this case.Monday morning at 10 o’clock the jury was called in the Creek warrant cases, F. M. Davis, de-fondant, Contrary to all expectations a jury was secured before the noon adjournment, aod a statement of the rase made.
