NII___Muskogee Court Proceedings.The grand jury Saturday re* turned twenty-four true cases, and ignored bills againBt N. E. Durant, forgery; Charles Davis, larceny; Arne Jefferson, introducing and Belling; Solomon Farris, cutting and destroying fence; Jim Drew and Spain Park, larceny; E. E, Buckhanan, larceny; Joe Stake and Charles Powell, larceny and receiving stolen property.Harry Jackson wab sentenced to $ years in the penitentiary at Columbus, Ohio.But little business was transacted yesterday in court. There were several motions filed, but the balance of the day was given over to the Hensley murder case. Jury acquitted in this case.Monday morning at 10 o’clock the jury was called in the Creek warrant cases, F. M. Davis, de-fondant, Contrary to all expectations a jury was secured before the noon adjournment, aod a statement of the rase made. Isparbecher, ex-chief of the Creeks, wab the first witness put on the stand after dinner.The jurors: R. J3. Karasev, J. R. Pence, James Kermode, William Bethel, Robert Watson, Luther D.
